*Practice Policy: We are authorized to extend a private visit with Dr. Williams, at a time suitable for his schedule. When a time is scheduled and reserved for you it is mandatory that you show up on time for your appointment. If you are unable to attend your appointment, the office must be notified no less than 24 hours prior or by Friday morning if the visit is scheduled on a Monday. If you do not adhere to the practice policy, a fee of $100 will be required for the next scheduled appointment with Dr. Williams. The charge will be applied towards any services or products the practice provides for you.
